Brochure “Tools for organisations aiming inclusive work environments”

The brochure “Tools for organisations aiming inclusive work environments” of the European project “Worldplaces-Workplaces Working with Migrant Women” offers a description of the printed materials, which are expected to be given exclusively to the member organisations of the Greek Worldplaces Network.

 

 

This brochure was created in the framework of the European project “Worldplaces – Workplaces Working with Migrant Women” in order to briefly present the printed materials to be given to the member companies of the Greek Worldplaces network.

In an effort to support companies and non-profit organizations in Greece to include women of immigrant profile equally in their working environment, a series of tools were created, after adapting the material developed by Generation 2.0 RED, in the pilot phase of the project. The tools also build on the good practices that emerged from the implementation of this phase. 

The Network’s member organisations can reinforce the equal inclusion of refugee, migrant and International Protection women applicants by utilising those tools in their practices. 

More specifically, member organisations are going to have access to printed tools with the following topics: 

  • Soft skills development 
  • Basic labour rights
  • Workplace culture 
  • Formal daycare in Greece 
  • Best corporate childcare practices in Europe

This project is implemented by the Employability service of Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity and aims to support companies and organisations in the process of migrant women’s equal inclusion in the workplace.
