One of the elements of being included is being familiar with the dominant culture of a group, sub-group, ethnic group, corporate environment, etc.
The educational tool focuces on the concept of the workplace culture, what is the contribution of the different types of communication in forming a workplace culture , whereas tips and activities are included to support a newcomer of migrant background integrate smoothly in an new work environment and as well as the workplace itself in order to adapt accordingly.
The “Worldplaces-Workplaces Working with Migrant Women” is a project is implemented by the Employability Service of Generation 2.0 RED and aims to support companies and organisations in the process of equal inclusion of women of migrant profile in the workplace.
By joining the Worldplaces network, companies/organisations get access to tools and training regarding best practices for the inclusion of women with migrant background in the workplace.
