Diversity in the Workplace is informed about legal recruitment processes
Following the constant changes in the legal documentation processes in the legal documents that provide access to legal residence in the country and in the labor market, we ensure the adequate information and training of all partners of the organization Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity. In this context, Diversity in the Workplace team participates in the interdepartmental training on legal issues, provided by Ms. Sotiria Hira, coordinator of the legal service of our organization. With the central goal of even more effective support and guidance, the participating departments are the Career Counseling, the Legal Counseling and Diversity in the Workplace.
We discussed all the categories of residence permits one can get and the many, complex processes through which one can get access to employment and health care. Continious training is one of our main concerns to be able to provide excellent consulting support on the recruitment processes through the Diversity Network, as different documents are often a challenge for even the most well-informed HR Managers.
Finally, questions were asked from the daily practice of each department, potential solutions were discussed, new goals to explore were set and good practices of personalized employee and employer support in the Greek labor market were presented.
