Informative material for organisations: Best corporate practices in Childcare

 

In the context of the European project “Worldplaces-Workplaces Working with Migrant Women”, Best corporate practices in Childcare in Europe were collected and are presented to profit and non-profit organisations, which aim to create inclusive work enviroments.

The specific informative material is the first one, out of the 5 tools which are going to be provided in print to organisations-members of the Greek Worldplaces Network. 

The Best corporate practices in Childcare was created so that employers in Greece are informed on relevant interventions by companies and organisations in Europe (including also Greece), which are considered as best practices, reinforcing in this way the participation of employees who are parents, especially of women, in work life, and by providing guidelines to organisation which possibly aim to apply those practices. 

Besides, corporate solutions for childcare offered to employees is another way of considering the personnel’s needs, towards creating an inclusive work environment and providing equal opportunities, especially towards women.
