MP Advisors IKE signs the Diversity Charter!

Mrs. Sofia Soultana Petrakaki’s opinion, Administrator of MP Advisors, is that “reactions to different cultures, religions, perceptions on races and on people “different than us”, many of whom probably see as “inferior” and foreign”, are unfortunately very common and everywhere. This makes us reflect, feel angry and react, having as a result not fulfilling our goal, both as people and as professionals, which is to move forward together, respecting others and our environment. Our company has fully embraced this and imparts it to everyone we work with, so that humanism and professionalism prevail in our business.”

By signing the Diversity Charter, MP Advisors joins the Greek Diversity Network, founded in 2017 by Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity with the aim of equal inclusion of people of different cultural backgrounds in the Greek labour market.

The Diversity Charter was created on the basis of European standards and is in line with the provisions of the Greek Law 4443/2016 on equal treatment. The aim of the Charter is an inclusive Greek labour market, where diversity in all its forms will be respected and the principle of non-discrimination will be promoted, so that every person, regardless of identity or combination of identities, is visible and active in the labour market and consequently in society.
