Speeches by employers in Diversity in the Workplace

Diversity in the Workplace is constantly building bridges of effective communication and productive collaboration between employers and applicants with immigrant or refugees background, who are seeking employment in the private sector. Within the next months we are inviting employers in our premises, to share their valuable experiences with us and their  advice to those who want to join a specific profession.

More in detail, the representatives of their field will talk about the activities in their field in Greece, what is offering to each employee in terms of income and perspectives for development, but also what kind of difficulties may arise and several ways to manage them. In the end they will provide suggestions through their extensive experience about how applicants can make their first steps toward that direction. Among others, we are welcoming speakers from the field of restaurants & cafes, from the field of tourism or from the field of production.

If you are interested to speak about your professional field and contribute to an equal and inclusive labor market, contact the Diversity Network Officer, Natani Petros via email at [email protected] or via telephone at 213 088 4499.
