We are welcoming the 1st company participating in the Worldplaces Network:
AB VASSILOPOULOS, with its representative for the project Mrs. Iliana Katsigianni, Engagement Performance Management, D&I Supervisor.
For AB VASSILOPOULOS diversity and inclusion matters are a priority and the company is active in supporting migrant communities, whereas, through our collaboration, for the next 1,5 year, we are aspiring to support women of migrant background and their integration pathway to work.

Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity through its participation in the European project Worldplaces-Workplaces Working with Migrant Women is developing the Greek Worldplaces Network, where companies and non-profit organisations have the opportunity to develop skills and gain knowledge on diversity management with a focus on gender and origin.
Specifically, from autumn 2023 and onwards they will participate in the following trainings, which will be conducted exclusively in the context of the project:
- Diversity friendly and non-discriminatory practices
- Equal recruitment practices & Best practices on daycare benefits in the workplace
In addition, participating organisations will gain access to a series of tools, developed by Generation 2.0 RED especially for the specific project, which will be used wherever they wish to include in their personnel women of migrant background.
Finally, through the project, networking among companies and organisations is promoted, on an national and European level.
