Anastopoulos Shipbrokers signed the Diversity Charter!

Anastopoulos Shipbrokers signed the Diversity Charter of the Diversity in the Workplace initiative by Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity.

The founder of the company, Paris Anastopoulos, states that ” our executives’ diversity is our main concern, and the range of their characters, beliefs and perceptions make up the puzzle of our company. Acceptance and diversity through the collaboration of people from different backgrounds lead to efficient practices.”

Therefore, by signing the Diversity Charter, Anastopoulos Shipbrokers joins the Greek Diversity Network that was founded in 2017 by Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity, aiming for inclusion in the Greek labour market of people of different cultural backgrounds.

The Diversity Charter was created on the basis of the European standards and is in accordance with the provisions of the Law 4443/2016 on equal treatment. Its objective is an inclusive Greek labour market, where diversity in all its forms will be respected, and the principle of non discrimination will be promoted, so that every person, regardless of their identity or combination of identities, will be visible and active in the labour market and, consequently, in society.
