Beiersdorf Hellas joins the Worldplaces Network!

We are happy to present you the newest member of the «Worldplaces – Workplaces Working with Migrant Women» Network Beiersdorf Hellas, an affiliated cosmetics company of Beiersdorf AG .

One of the main concepts in Beiersdorf Hellas is that diverse teams not only can solve problems efficiently, but also reflect the diversity of their consumers, having as a result a better understanding of the different needs of the public.

As per Mrs. Vana Makrygianni, Senior HR Business Partner, staying up to date regarding D&I issues is essential, especially when living in fast moving societies. By joining the Worldplaces Network, Beiersdorf Hellas aims to have access to further information for better provision of trainings for the employees and to be given the opportunity to contribute to society.

Network member-companies will have exclusive access to the tools and trainings that will be created after the exploitation of the findings and practices of the pilot phase of the Worldplaces – Workplaces: working with Migrant Women project, combined with international good practices and published work on a subject of inclusion. This project, implemented by the Employability Service of Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity, aims to support companies and organisations in the process of equal inclusion of migrant women at work.

In order to join the Worldplaces Network in Greece, please email [email protected] or call the Diversity Network Officer, Dimitra Steins at 213 088 4499.
