Diversity in the Workplace Weeks

For Diversity in the Workplace, August was dedicated to research, study and collection of good practices, current developments and information on issues of diversity in the workplace. After studying material published, both in electronic and print media, we decided to share with you some of the most interesting facts posted on our LinkedIn page, as part of our weekly topics on equal inclusion.

Endeavoring to promote the principle of equal treatment and to combat discrimination in the workplace on grounds of race, skin color, ethnicity or ethnic origin, genealogy, religion or other beliefs, disability or chronic illness, age, marital or social status, sexual orientation and identity or gender characteristics, we collect practices that highlight the benefits of the above features in a work environment that aims towards development and sustainability.

In turn, you will find the following topics:

  • Diversity in the workplace in terms of gender
  • Diversity in the workplace in terms of national/ethnic origin and religion
  • Diversity in the workplace in terms of disability and chronic illness
  • Diversity in the workplace in terms of age
  • Diversity in the workplace in terms of gender identity and sexual orientation
  • Diversity in the workplace in terms of social and other criteria

Please follow our LinkedIn page for information about our activities and good practices around issues regarding Diversity in the Workplace.
