Diversity in the Workplace is visiting the private sector premises

In the context of the Diversity in the Workplace actions, that support equal inclusion in the Greek labor market aiming at social and business sustainability, we organize short visits in the businesses working places. Through a direct and experiential process, the beneficiaries of our services, who are seeking employment, are collecting direct information about the operation of different business sectors and environments in Greece.

More specifically, applicants with immigrant or refugee background who are seeking employment or educational path, are guided into workplaces and receive direct information about the way of operation of each sector, about the different positions, about the timeline and the most valuable skills in each field. By the end of the visit the beneficiaries gain a first idea on how to work in such an environment in the future.
