LeadCompass is navigating us through social media use in job search process.

In Diversity in the Workplace we encourage the lifelong development of skills and through our collaboration with Diversity Network members we offer training on topics promoting employability by our valuable partners and established professionals, to the beneficiaries of our services. Today, Tuesday 30/06/2020, we hosted Markos Korvesis from LeadCompass, member of the Diversity Network. Driven by professionalism and consistency he turns his compass to supporting people with various ethnic backgrounds to find the job they really desire.

In the now quite popular LinkedIn platform we saw in details the structure and the key settings for better appearance of the profile by other users, how to apply for job offers, but also how to network properly through Personal Branding and Blogging. In the end were clarified the functions All Star Status and SSI – Social Selling Index Score and how they benefit the users who are searching job offers.

We would like to sincerely thank LeadCoppass and Markos Korvesis for his contribution with his positive attitude, his creativity, and his high professionalism. With his guidance we got a more structured idea on the use of Social Media in the job search process and how we might be evaluated through them by potential employers.
