EQA HELLAS signed the Diversity Charter

EQA HELLAS becomes a “Diversity in the Workplace” member and embraces diversity in their workplace.

EQA HELLAS signed the Diversity Charter of the Diversity in the Workplace initiative by Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity organisation. EQA HELLAS commits to respect the principle of respecting every identity and the coexistence of possible multiple identities of a person, but also to promote inclusion and equal opportunities in the workplace. By signing this Diversity Charter, EQA HELLAS joins the Greek Diversity Network that was founded in 2017 by Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity, aiming for inclusion in the Greek labour market of people of different cultural backgrounds.

The Diversity Charter was created on the basis of the European standards and is in accordance with the provisions of the Law 4443/2016 on equal treatment. Its objective is an inclusive Greek labour market, where diversity in all its forms will be respected, and the principle of non discrimination will be promoted, so that every person, regardless of their identity or combination of identities, will be visible and active in the labour market and, consequently, in society.
