PressiousArvanitidis signed the Diversity Charter!

PressiousArvanitidis signed the Diversity Charter of the Diversity in the Workplace initiative by Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity organisation.

Embracing diversity for the people of PressiousArvanitidis means “to be able and embrace uniqueness. We may be many different people but we all consist one unique puzzle! Nobody is being left out.

Therefore, by signing this Diversity Charter, PressiousArvanitidis joins the Greek Diversity Network that was founded in 2017 by Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity, aiming for inclusion in the Greek labour market of people of different cultural backgrounds.

The Diversity Charter was created on the basis of the European standards and is in accordance with the provisions of the Law 4443/2016 on equal treatment. Its objective is an inclusive Greek labour market, where diversity in all its forms will be respected, and the principle of non discrimination will be promoted, so that every person, regardless of their identity or combination of identities, will be visible and active in the labour market and, consequently, in society.
