Pro bono training in Diversity in the Workplace

In Diversity in the Workplace, the interconnection of job seekers with lifelong learning opportunities and skills training is one of our main interests. As long as the labor market demands are constantly changing, we encourage new skills development of candidates seeking personal and professional development. Given this fact and in the context of an experiential familiarization of candidates with the needs of the labor market, we invite professionals to provide short training to people with refugee or migrant background and help them acquire new skills or to strengthen the already existing ones.

More specifically, private sector entities will provide trainings on topics such as improving communication skills in the workplace, hygiene in restaurants, barista training, social media management, handcrafts with recyclable material, stress management in unemployment, action plan design and more.
